Terms & Conditions of purchasing a Sprouts Box

By purchasing a Sprouts pre-paid food box, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Box Contents

Each food box is pre-packed and cannot be altered to accommodate allergies or dietary requirements.
All meat included in the boxes is certified Halal.
The minimum value of each food box will be £25.

2. Ordering and Payment

Boxes must be pre-paid by 11.00am on the Monday before collection.
Any box not paid for by the deadline will not be prepared or available for collection.

3. Collection

Boxes are available for collection on Thursdays between 10:00am and 2:00pm.
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their box during the collection window.

4. Refunds and Non-Collection

If a paid box is not collected, no refund will be issued.
This is because the food has been purchased in advance on your behalf through the Blackburn with Darwen Food Alliance, and cannot be reallocated or resold.

5. General

Changes to These Terms

Sprouts may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do, we’ll let you know through our usual communication channels.

How We Use Your Data

Your personal information will be stored securely on our digital system. We may share information about your journey with Sprouts with the project funder, but this will always be anonymised, meaning no personal or identifying details will be shared. We will never sell your data.

Consent to Referral

Your referrer must have your permission before sending us your personal details. If you have not given consent, we won’t be able to accept the referral.

Eligibility

You must live within the Blackburn with Darwen Borough to take part. We may ask you to provide proof of your address.
